TAKE NOTICE that a petition seeking relief against you has been filed in the above- entitled special proceeding. The nature of the relief being sought is a Petition to Sell Real Property filed by the Petitioner to sell the real property located at 1199 Meadow Lane, Scuppernong Township, Washington County, North Carolina. Petitioner seeks to sell the real property to pay the debts, claims, and administration costs of the Estate of Nixie Clifton Patrick.
You are required to make defense to such Petition not later than 40 days from October 3, 2024, and upon your failure to do so the Petitioner will apply to the Court for the relief sought.
