Despite a rough start, creating a drama-filled spectacle in council chambers, Plymouth Town Council made significant progress in dealing with three amendments to the zoning ordinances during a special meeting Monday evening, January 6.
Apparently, there are three steps to approve a single text amendment, meaning council faced nine separate actions to move the three changes — approving RV Parks, short-term vacation rentals and miniature golf — in their zoning ordinances.
